Because we carry a large inventory we have most items in stock. However, with some items production is not high enough to meet the demand. If this should be the case with your order you will be notified and given the opportunity to place your order on Back Order or to cancel it. No charges are made until your item(s) are ready for shipment.
Return/Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Arms of Valor. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and your trust. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a return authorization number, then mail the item(s) back to us postage paid and insured, and we will gladly issue a refund. Please include packing slip with return authorization number written on it. Please remember to call for a return authorization number as any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. If you paid by credit card we'll credit your charge account. If you paid by check, you'll receive a refund check within 10 business days. Please Note: There is a 10% restocking fee on frivolous returns.

Damaged Items:
Most items are shipped from this location and inspected before packing. If you have received a package that has been damaged, please do not discard the original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may arrange for inspection and replacement of the item.
